By using CCBYTE Player, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the application accordingly. CCBYTE Player only grants use and access to this service to those who have accepted its terms.

CCBYTE Player is a standalone IPTV Player. It does not provide, support, host, or endorse any content, whether legal or illegal. The application is solely a media player that allows users to stream content from their own legally obtained IPTV sources. Users must ensure that they have the right to access and use any content they stream through the application.

• Users are solely responsible for the content they access or stream through CCBYTE Player.
• We do not host, store, distribute, or provide any IPTV channels, streams, or subscriptions.
• Any misuse of the application, including streaming unauthorized or illegal content, is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Users agree not to use CCBYTE Player for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement and piracy.

Before using our application, we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.

• All materials, trademarks, branding, and intellectual property associated with CCBYTE Player belong to CCBYTE.
• You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works based on the application.
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

• CCBYTE Player does not integrate with any third-party services, including analytics, advertising, or cloud storage providers.
• Any agreements between the user and third-party IPTV providers are separate from these terms.

Any dispute related to your use of this application shall be governed by the laws of your country, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of your country.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCBYTE and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings that may arise due to your misuse of the application.

CCBYTE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or electronic mail. Your continued use of CCBYTE Player constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
